Route 220 South to a left on Route 697, (Wirtz). Follow Route 697 to intersection with Route 122. Take a left on Route 122 and continue for approximately 7 miles, take a right on Route 616, drive approximately 7 miles, and take a left on Ashmeade Road (Rt 940). Route 940 will dead end at Bernard’s Landing. The Landing is on the left, below the main office.
From Richmond, Lynchburg, VA
Route 460 West to Route 122 South at Bedford. Turn left on Route 122 and drive approximately 25 miles to Route 616. Turn left and follow directions above to Bernard’s Landing.
From Blacksburg/Christiansburg, VA
Route 81 North to 581 South to 220 South. Follow directions from Roanoke.
From Washington D. C.
Route 29 South to Lynchburg and follow directions from Richmond/Lynchburg.
From Greensboro/Winston-Salem/Raleigh, NC
I-40 to 220 North to Rocky Mount, VA. Take Route 40 for approximately 1/2 mile to a left on Route 122. Follow 122 17 miles, take a right on Route 616. Follow directions above.
From Danville, VA
29 North to Gretna to Route 40. Route 40 West to a right on Route 834 (2 miles past Union Hall). Follow 834 to a right on 616, and follow directions above.
From Bluefield, WV
460 East to 81 North to 581 (Roanoke). Follow directions above from Roanoke.
